Talk about a real stunning horse… Hershey Kiss is a 15.1hh, 11 yr old, Chocolate Gelding with a flax mane and tail! Hershey has been my personal trail horse for just under 2 years now. I took him to many local fun shows and had him in all sorts of classes, from regular gaited classes to being ridden double the baby bottle contest, musical feed sacks, the balloon pop, egg and spoon class, and the water glass class. He has seen it all, from babies in strollers to kids with balloons, flags flying in the air, kids running around… On the trail or around the rail, nothing bothers him! Iv had Hershey camping in multiple states and ridden in all types of terrain. Hershey is easy to catch, clip, bathe, tack-up, load, and handle. Hershey is fun to ride but not a challenge. He has a SUPER smooth 4 beat gait and glides along like you are riding on a cloud. He has been ridden around farm equipment, ATVs, over large, noisy tarps and has also had guns shot off of his back. No matter where he goes or what he does, Hershey is not spooky acting. He has been exposed to all different kinds of wildlife such as deer, turkey, and other animals like cows, dogs, goats, or chickens and will go anywhere that he is asked to. He has been ridden many miles in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky and encountered every obstacle possible on the trail. He will go up or down even the steepest slopes, across deep creeks, over downed trees, and through all types of rough terrain while still being sure-footed. He has been ridden in traffic and is very traffic safe around cars, semi, logs, and dump trucks. He has a great personality and a great attitude about whatever he is asked to do.
