Rocco is the sweetest boy in town. He will greet you anywhere in the pasture and loves attention. His willing attitude on the ground matches the one you get when riding him. He has an incredible mind and will be the type of horse we all want that anyone can ride. He is gentle and smooth, crosses anything you point him at, and will take you up or down anything you could want to conquer. This guy is fearless. We’ve ridden him in town, across rivers and bridges, around bikes, strollers, dogs, ATVs, etc., and he never batted an eye. He’s also been up in the roughest terrain in the mountains (ridden by a gal six months pregnant) and kept his feet under him, perfectly caring for her every step of the way. He was a go-to horse for her this summer and fall as well.

Rocco stands like a gentleman to be saddled and bridled. He loads and unloads like one should and hauls phenomenally. Stands for the farrier and vet and always makes us laugh with his personality in the pasture. He is an easy keeper and has great feet, being barefoot in all videos. Not only does he have an amazing mind for his age, but he’s got the looks. This guy has beautiful stripes on his legs, and his gorgeous mane and tail turn a beautiful golden in the warmer months. His big hair will only get bigger as he gets older. He will get your attention anywhere, for sure.

Rocco also has some arena experience, knows his leads, and will lope pretty circles. He has excelled at mounted shooting and is easy to teach anything. He will be a horse you can take anywhere and make into exactly what you want. You’ll surely have a best friend for life in this guy. Come try him out and see for yourself.
