Damon is a 15.1hh, 12 yr old, Black Tobiano Gelding! Weighting about 1250lbs, he is one STOUT BUILT rascal that’s plenty big enough to carry the largest of riders and gentle enough to handle the precious cargo! Damon has been trail ridden throughout Kentucky and in parts of Tennessee as well. In addition to trails he has been ridden hours upon hours around the farm. Damon is easy to catch, clip, bath, tack-up, load, and handle. Damon has plenty of confidence to go out alone or he is plenty content to follow in a crowd. Damon is very smooth gaited! He has been ridden around farm equipment, ATV’s, over large noisy tarps and has also had guns shot off of his back. On the trails he is always great and is a seasoned pro! Damon has been exposed to all kinds of wildlife such as deer or turkey or other animals like cows or dogs and will go anywhere that he is asked too. He has been ridden many miles in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky and encountered every obstacle possible on the trail. He will go up or down even the steepest slopes, across deep creeks, over downed trees, and over all types of rough terrain while still being sure footed. He has been ridden in traffic, and is very traffic safe around cars, semi, log, and dump trucks. He has a great attitude about whatever he is asked to do and is always laid back.
