Meet Copper. Copper is a stout 3-year-old sorrel tobiano Missouri Foxtrotting gelding. Copper was born and raised just a few miles from my place. We have done all the groundwork and riding on this fine young horse. Copper has been extensively trail ridden all over the United States. He has been camped on, and trail rode in Utah, Tennessee, Virginia, and Kentucky mountains. There isn’t anything this guy doesn’t know about the woods. He walks easily down the trails and does not get in a hurry. He takes his time going down steep hills, crossing logs, and crossing creeks. Ride him in the front, back, or middle of the pack. He doesn’t get hot or excited. He has also been trail-ridden hundreds of miles alone and does the best. Copper has that good run-walking gait that everyone loves to ride and can step it up a notch and burn the blacktop up with the fanciest four-beat gait you can ask for. He is traffic safe, 100% sound with no issues whatsoever.
