Enchanted Forest Lord Colton, or “Colton” as we call him around the barn, is a beautifully marked buckskin and white-painted Gypsy. He is registered with the Gypsy Horse Association. Colton is sired by the well-known Lord Grayson and out of Liza. He was foaled in May of 2020 and stands 14.1hh. Colton has the kindest demeanor you will find. He stands like a statue for grooming, bathing, being loved in by kids and adults, bridling, and saddling. He’s got a beautiful mane and tail and great feathering. Colton is hands down the most comfortable horse you will sit on. He will walk, trot, canter, stop, and back with ease. You can pull the tack right off this boy, and he will ride right around off of seat and leg pressure. He knows his leads, lopes out of his tracks, and stops on a dime. His smooth and collected gaits make him a favorite amongst our tiny riders. Colton has been ridden English, Western, and bareback. He’s got a soft mouth. He has been lightly started over fences and jumps in great form while being very sensible to the jumps. Colton has been used in our summer camp program, teaching kids six years old and up the ropes of riding. He Loves the trails!! He will trail blaze all day, swim down the river or gallop in the hay fields. Colton has the most sensible mind and has completed our desensitizing program with flying colors.
