Cody James is one heck of a pony. He is fearless and loves to work from being an absolute gentleman for lead liners and kids who have never ridden before to putting on his big breeches for riding off line. He is easy to catch, groom, and saddle and loves trails or the arena. He will cross water and bridges, push a cow or pull a log. He has excellent feet and is well put together, and a study mount for youngsters. Cody gets along with horses, big and small, and all other livestock. He is excellent for the farrier and will hop right in or ride into the trailer. He has excellent ground manners and LOVES attention.
He’s got the looks and the personality of a diva but the brain that can go to work or babysit. He has ponied other ponies and pulled all kinds of things. Does great with the flag. He’s got a decent stop, and though he is a bit more whoa than go, he can book it if you ask him. A majority of the kids in his video had never been on a horse before. He’s sure-footed and won’t miss a beat. Cody is your guy if you are looking for something personable, down to go to work, and safe to be around!
