Ace is a 5-year-old Kentucky Mountain gelding with a quiet, gentle disposition. He is a great horse for just about anyone but would do best for someone with at least some experience. He is by no means cold-backed but responds the best after the first ten or so minutes of riding. He can be a little impatient but has absolutely no buck or bite whatsoever. He does great around kids, is easy to lead, and has plenty of go when you ask for it. He does great on trails and crossing rivers, bridges, and ditches. He is young but doesn’t spook and will only continue to get better as he matures. He is easy to catch and will follow you into the trailer as well as back out. He stands for the farrier and has been around dogs, chickens, cats, and pigs. Overall, he is a beautiful young horse that is super mellow and can handle just about anything you could throw at him. If you’re interested in a horse that will take care of you and does great around kids as well as still young and full of life, this is the perfect horse for you!
