Soufflé
Is a 4-year-old registered & certified chocolate ROAN gelding. He has tons of miles of trail riding in the mountains, red desert, & everywhere in between. Bicycles, vehicles, four-wheelers, and wildlife don’t bother him. He’s been there, done that kind of horse! We’ve used soufflé in all aspects of ranch working; he’s had tons of roping & working cattle. Soufflé is good enough to get the job done even with the most novice roper. He’s the kind of horse anyone can ride & gait. He’ll take care of your grandma & kids. He’s really laid back, not herd sour. He rides out alone or in a big group. He’s had experience working alone without other horses and even leaving the group to go out independently. We’d used him to start, flag, & pony colts. He will pony or be ponied. He will pack and ride any kind of saddle. Gaits on a loose rein and easily transfers into a loop. He walks on a loose rein and will also walk out if asked. Stands quietly for shots, farrier, & bathing. However, he’s been kept up or outside, and I believe he prefers outside. He gets along with any horses, always being introduced to new horses, and gets along with everything. He loads and stands quietly on a trailer. He is broke to hobbles & ground ties. He will also “come to get you” from mounting blocks, trailers, etc. Soufflé is 15 hands and is stoutly built. He’s big-boned and straight-legged. He has had shoes on; however, right now is barefoot. He’s sure-footed even in the roughest terrain, doesn’t get in a hurry, and takes his time. He takes to new stuff with ease and isn’t spooky. He neck reins yields to leg pressure and spins. He can be ridden bareback and double. He even rides around wonderfully in a halter. The first one to meet you at the gate, in the field, and is easy to catch and handle. He’s not rude or pushy. UTD on shots & teeth work. Started & trained only by us!

Soufflé is ready to go in any direction; he’s been there & done that a lot for his age. He’s been our go-to workhorse for some time now. He’s never gotten excited or tore up in any situation. He always stays calm, cool & collected. There isn’t anything I don’t think Soufflé cant do or wouldn’t do for you. He’s extremely friendly and will follow you around the field like a puppy. He is solid in his gait, even when working cows. He sheds out in the summer to the most beautiful chocolate roan color you’ve ever seen!
