He’s super gentle and quiet as well! Champ is the perfect horse for the whole family, and he is safe enough for grandma and grandpa and gentle enough for the kids and total beginners! My 6-year-old has trail-ridden him countless miles, crossed busy highways, led the pack, and followed way behind as well. He is slow and easy and is never in a hurry unless you ask him for it, and when you do, he cruises out effortlessly in that smooth 4-beat gait! Champ has been trail-ridden throughout Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee. He will handle any steep slopes, crosses water, cross deadfall, and go through mud and ditches as well. He is a horse that is easy to ride, and anyone should love him! Champ is easy to catch, clip, bathe, tack up, load, and handle. Champ has been exposed to all kinds of wildlife, such as deer or turkey, or other animals like cows or dogs, and will go anywhere that he is asked to.
