We solve horse problems for horse people…One stride at a time…Basically, we made a list of every problem we’ve ever had buying, training, and selling horses then built a program that fixed them all. Our six-stage evidence-based program is both an art and a science based on decades of education, training, and experience underpinned by psychology to buy, train, breed and sell horses that thrive with humans. Cavalleria Rusticana Equine & Kennel is located in Waxhaw Horse Country in south, central North Carolina. We are the home and training center of the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office Mounted Response Unit, the first coroner’s-office-based mounted unit in the United States dedicated to medicolegal death investigation, search and rescue, public relations, and community outreach. We take pride in our passion for building solid citizens by embracing our horses’ and dogs’ individuality through their psychology, health, temperament, conformation, and performance. The equine side of our farm specializes in ancient old-world draft-cross breeds of horses called Destriers, Coursers, Palfreys, which are Friesians and Gypsy Vanners crossbred with Clydesdales, Shires, and Lusitanos.
