Hello. I am Jr Rosa. Here at Homestead Horsemanship we raise, train and show Missouri Foxtrotter horses on our beautiful farm in Missouri. I have been training horses from the time I was a small boy, a passion and love that has continued into my adulthood. My grandpa passed this love for training to me and it continues with my daughter, Rebekah.

A lot of folks will ask what method we use when training our horses. I don’t like to put myself in a box with a certain “method” as I believe we can always grow and learn. But if I had to sum it up I’d have to say my method is, pressure and release, prayer, faith and love. I have found that these are the building blocks to a solid and beautiful foundation with a horse, a relationship that will last a lifetime.
