We are a small family operated business consisting of Myself (Chris), my wife Courtney and our son Brantleigh. We are a professional horse training business that specializes in colt starting of various breeds and disciplines. We thoroughly believe a horses’ foundation is the key to success inside and outside of the arena.
I would like to take the opportunity to go more in depth with the specifics of our business.
While we specialize in colt starting, we work with horses and mules of all breeds, disciplines and ages. We have between 10-15 training horses at all times ranging from thoroughbreds training for the track, show horses in the jumping arena, reining horses, barrel horses, roping horses, trail horses all the way down to young horses, ex bucking horses, and problem horses. Although our primary business is training horses, ponies and mules for clients, we purchase unbroke and green horses to put in our training program. After we have accomplished a solid foundation and ultimately finish these horses, they are listed for sale knowing that the buyer will have a first-class riding horse. We back every single horse we work with because we put the quality time and effort into all of the horses, ponies and mules we have had the pleasure of working with.
