Description:

Trojan is our 6 yr. Old 17.2 hand tank of a draft cross. This guy is easygoing, loves attention, and wants to be your best friend. He is fearless at everything you ask of him; He is very intelligent and retains well. He is versatile in many disciplines, from Cross country to Trail riding. He absolutely loves to work and will side pass to the fence for you to get on. He has been used to Push cows and ridden on all terrains, He loves the trails, and nothing phases him from bridges, tunnels, bicyclists, joggers, K9s, strollers, trains, etc. He does great in town with vehicles, lights, loud noises, and all the obstacles of the busy town life. He also absolutely loved the water and swimming! He is amazing in the mountains and sure-footed as one can be. He is an excellent jumper with a lot of scope and has surpassed everyone’s expectations! He loves to work and has a very competitive heart too. He is started on dressage and has done show jumping and cross country.
He has a big future in the competitive world with his drive and will to be the best at what he does and still relaxed enough to take you on a pleasurable joy ride in the countryside and returns you safely. He loads excellent and will back out as well. He is truly fun to be around as he has a lot of personalities and is very personable. Whether you live in a big city or out in the countryside, he does well and enjoys his job. He is great with other horses, is the most easygoing horse in the pasture that will get along with anyone, and is the first to meet you at the gate. He has also been in a stall, and is easy either way. He also is very easy to teach tricks to, and we’ve had a lot of fun messing around with the bow and lay down the last couple of months. This horse has been truly a blessing to work with and get to be a part of watching him learn and grow.
He bathes well, grooms amazingly, is great for farrier and veterinarians, etc.
He is young been started right, and is not overworked. He has absolutely no lameness or maintenance issues. He does well with time off and the same horse every ride. If you’re looking for one to ride on beaches, in town, or mountains, or put you in the winner circle, do not pass this guy up. He has had young kids and to elderly on him and does extremely well with different riders and levels of riding. He would be a super talented dressage horse as well. He is handy in the bridle, will spin, rollback, half pass, etc.
