Taco is a 5-year-old palomino Missouri Fox Trotter Gelding. He stands a well-made 15.2 hands tall. Can be stalled or kept In the field. Taco has lived with a mixed herd, or he will turn out alone. He has always been easy to catch. On the ground, Taco handles well. He hauls, clips, bathes, stands single tied or in crossties with ease. He is an easy-going guy who enjoys being groomed and loved on. Taco is pleasant to saddle, bridle, and mount. Under saddle, Taco will ride English or western. Also bareback! He will lope circles in an arena but has been trail-ridden most of his life. He is brave on his own and will cross water, bridges, logs, mud, anything he’s pointed at. He will try his hardest to please. Taco has been a wonderful mountain trail horse and will pack up the saddlebags and stand for picnic lunches. He has been on group trail rides from one other horse to 25+ horses. He will gait up or stay at a steady walk. In a group, Taco will ride out front or in the back. He is safe on the Road, around traffic and ATVs. He is a fun horse to own and ride. His smooth gaits, soft canter, slide stop, and beautiful blonde mane and tail will definitely grab attention. He currently has 4 shoes on. Taco has always been good for our vet and farrier. He has been a good horse and will make an exceptional horse for someone with more time on their hands.
