SS Dixie Roe

Dixie is an 8 year old Rocky Mountain mare, she is registered. Dixie has been worked through obstacles. Has gone through extensive desensitization, and she is a pleasantly gained mare. She loads on the trailer well. Dixie is not a finished mare. She would make someone who knows how to ride well a great horse, I wouldn’t recommend her to a beginner rider or a child. She is a very nice mare but is not as laid back as your average Rocky Mountain mare. She is a little more sensitive and has slightly higher energy. None of which is a problem but would be better going to a trainer or experienced rider. I train horses and have had her for two years. I haven’t worked her consistently for those two years but have been able to work her on and off for that span of time and consistency in windows of time. She seems to do well with retaining information and is a good, minded mare. I have worked her in arenas as well as in outside environments along with through and over obstacles. She will make someone who knows what they’re doing a good mare!
