Description:

Squatch is handy broke, neck reining, side passing both directions, very nice stop and reverse. This guy checks off all of the boxes. He is handy in the pens sorting calves. He does great in the big country, gathering cattle. He is very sure-footed; when it comes to rough terrain, he likes to take his time placing each step carefully, as seen in the video. He is a joy to be around, easy to catch, and loves being a part of whatever you are doing. He does well traveling on the road, eating, and drinking. He hobbles and high lines. He parks out exceptionally well for mounting. He will pick you up at a mounting block, log, rock, etc. He is a lovely gelding if you’re looking for some trails, ranching, or endurance. He has a lot of stamina and will not quit you. He is gentle, safe, and takes care of his rider. He gets along with others in the pasture and the paddock here. He will walk all day for you or gait out all day. He has a lovely canter on the snow-covered ground, as seen in the video. He is excellent for the vet and farrier. Currently barefoot in all videos with good strong hooves. He will take shoes as well if you live somewhere they are needed.
Loads and unloads as one should. He was a good friend of my mother in laws personal horse. She bought him at 6 Mos old and raised and trained him. She did a fantastic job, as you can see. We did teach him to work cows and ranch. He was ridden in the south and now in the Rocky Mountains. He can handle any terrain very well. She bought him from a lady who foaled him; his sire was a blue roan Tennessee walker, the mother being a spotted appaloosa. He is exceptionally well put together conformationally and mind alike. You can Crack bullwhips off this guy. We will be adding new videos doing some mounted shooting and different things, so stay tuned as soon as the weather improves. So, if you’re looking for a rare, great mind, willing, fearless, athletic, gorgeous, unique, gentle, and safe.

Do not pass this guy up. He is a once-in-a-lifetime walkaloosa gelding. He does ride out alone with no hassle whatsoever. He rides well in groups leading and following as well. He has no maintenance or lameness issues—easy keeper on grass hay or pasture. We are excited to see what great home he lands at. He is seven years old and coming 8 in March. Many years left and just the beginning of his prime. Delivery is available anywhere in the USA or internationally. Payment is expected the next business day by noon via wire transfer. We thank you in advance and look forward to talking to everyone. Leave a voicemail or text if it is full. We will return your call. Thanks again from Totonka Trail Equine.
