Absolutely stunning 6-year-old Shetland Pony gelding with the perfect build and brains to go along with it. He catches eyes everywhere we go….He is our Sharp-Man!
Sharpie stands for farrier (trims), grooming, and braiding. He stands quietly and handles well on the ground. Whether your little one needs a trail partner or a flashy pony to finish the western styles. Previous owners had started him on pulling- they’d completed a lot of ground work with him, but he was never hooked to a cart. It wouldn’t take much to get him going with a cart. Our daughter has ridden him from age 6 to age 9 and still rides him daily.
He has experience with trail rides, crossing water, dogs, goats, other ponies, and other horses. Walks over bridges and obstacles with no hesitation, jumps logs, etc. Nothing phases him!

As you can see in the videos, nothing bothers him, and he doesn’t spook easily. You can rope off his back, run him around barrels/cones, wear a poncho, stand on him (gently), open gates on him….He is just along for the ride!

Sharpie is the absolute package for your child or lesson program. He has been the best riding partner for our daughter, but it’s time for him to make another cowboy or cowgirl happy.
