Rico

Description:

Rico is a well-built, handsome 11-year-old chestnut Quarter Horse gelding standing 15 hands tall. Rico is the kind of horse that has been there, done that, and knows what a day’s work is all about. Rico has plenty of real ranch experience. He has spent countless hours around cattle and understands what it means to put in an honest day’s work. Whether you’re checking pastures, moving cattle, riding fence, or just needing a dependable partner around the ranch, Rico is willing, seasoned, and ready for the job. When the work is finished, Rico is just as enjoyable out on the trails. He travels confidently through rough country, crosses creeks, handles hills, logs, mud, brush, and whatever else you might encounter along the way. He is comfortable riding out alone or with a group and is the type you can point down the trail and enjoy the ride. At 15 hands, Rico is a great size—easy to get on and off of, but stout enough to carry a bigger rider all day. His experience on the ranch and down the trail makes him a versatile gelding who can work during the week and be your trail-riding partner on the weekend. Rico reins around, lopes nice circles, and stops well. He is always ready for a fun trail ride or to go out and work on the ranch. If you are looking for a pretty horse who can do any job, Rico is your guy!!
