12-year-old, 14.2 H Foxtrotter spotted mare. She is a TRAIL HORSE DELUXE. She crosses bridges, will go under raised bridges, across creeks and lakes, or bust new trails, and is also great with obstacles. Reba’s Ruby takes care of beginners and nervous riders. She will ride in any position, lead, middle, or clean up—definitely more WHOA than GO. She is an excellent camper. She will be patiently on a stand, high-line, portable corral, or tied to the trailer all day and night. Reba’s Ruby is excellent for the vet, farrier, dentist, and chiropractor; she stands quietly for bathing, clipping & vacuuming. She loads in any type of trailer, stock, slant, or straight, and will BACK out if asked.
Reba’s Ruby is an easy keeper. She is low on the herd totem pole; she goes out with mares and geldings and is so easy to get along with. This horse is mainly ridden by a 75-year-old nervous rider and sometimes by a 10-year beginner with lots of natural ability. She wouldn’t be for sale if I didn’t have my two main horses. This is a needle-in-the-haystack horse for your grandkids, grandmother, or timid rider.
