Homer is a 7-year-old buckskin/dun john mule with a loving disposition. He stands 14.1 on the stick. Homer is being offered for sale by no fault of his own. The owner has gone through major surgery and can no longer ride him. He has been extensively trail-ridden through all kinds of terrain. Homer has been from Texas to Arkansas to Pennsylvania. Homer navigates through the woods without hesitation and goes into the water with no problem. He will ride in company or by himself. He moves off your leg, side passes, neck reins, and is soft to the bridle. He also works cattle and opens gates. Point his nose, and he will do just as you want. Homer was taught to lay down to mount and dismount, but will also stand to get on and off. He has been to a trail riding competition against horses and finished in the top ten. Homer has been used to give riding lessons to beginners and intermediate riders. Homer is a consistent ride and will be the same ride every time, read that again. He is one of a kind.
