He loads and unloads every time. Hank has one of the smoothest 4-beat gaits you will find. He is very comfortable to ride, and he will also lope off with ease. There is zero nonsense. Hank rides alone or with company. He is safe for the entire family to ride. Big or small, Hank will take care of them all for you.
