Gunner

Hey guys and gals, this is Gunner, a 5-year-old Tennessee walking horse gelding standing 15.2. Gunner has been a trail horse since he was a late 2-year-old. He has been trail ridden extensively and shown in lots of fun shows! Gunner is very good at performing the running walk gait with lots of reach and a big head shake, without that rough camel walk most horses have!

He will load and unload, shoe and bathe! Stands for mounting and dismounting, and the farrier!

Gunner has been field trialed on him. He will ride anywhere in the gallery; you ask him at a running walk, and he will one-step lope that’s so smooth! He neck reins and backs up!

He will stand on a pick line, traffic-safe, and go anywhere you point him, regardless of how steep the ground or water is!

We had squirrel hunted him lots, he’s good with gunfire! You can lead broke dogs off him; we have led some that were not broke off him, and he does fine with it for the most part, but he is on alert with a dog that hasn’t been horse-broke.
