Description: Once in a while a horse comes along that really blows you away. One that you just can’t look away from… a horse that has presence and tons of ability… Gauge’s Just Right is that horse!! Gauge is a very stunning Classic Champagne gelding that stands 15.2hh. Gauge belongs in a Penn and Teller act because he knows all kinds of tricks!!! He bows, lays down, parks out and even plays catch!! Well he really don’t play catch but he will catch a treat mid air that is no joke!!! Gauge has one of the best personalities you will ever find in a horse, he is pretty much a human in a horses body. He loves people and loves to be with you! Gauge has spent his whole life as a trail horse traveling America. He has been all over from the sandy beaches of Florida to the Rocky Mountains. He is a phenomenal go wherever you point him horse. You can send him up or down anything and know he will take care of you. He is extremely sure footed and really pays attention to where he steps. He’s very confident and knows his job. Gauge also has lots of experience in parades and festivals. Not just doing tricks but carrying flags and being the center of attention. Gauge has been level headed and safe in every situation that we have put him in and he never gets worked up. He’s just seen and done so much over his life nothing phases him. He’s great in traffic and around ATVs. I have checked cattled with him and even roped a few calves off of him. None of which seemed to bother him. Gauge will park out to get on and will always ride off quietly. Gauge will one hand neck rein, has a great whoa and will back with a slightest tug of the reins. He is also an absolute Cadillac to ride, this guy is SMOOTH SMOOTH SMOOTH!!! He is one of the smoothest gaited horses you will ever ride. He has a perfect 4-beat gait that you can hear 1-2-3-4… Pace and trot is no where in his vocabulary.
