Flynn is a very handsome 8-year-old Quarter Horse Arab Cross grade gelding and stands at 14.3 hands. Flynn is a very gentle and friendly horse and is used to being around kids, adults, and lots of different animals. He loves to be loved and be around people. You can groom him for hours, brush his mane and tail, bathe him – he just loves the attention. He is also great for vets and farriers. Everybody loves him.
Flynn will ride English or Western or even bareback. He is a nice, light ride. He has a nice headset and stays quiet on a loose rein ring or trails, but you won’t have to ask him twice for anything. He moves off your leg easily and responds to soft hands and neck reins, making him easy to steer. Flynn is a very respectful and well-behaved horse. He rides exceptionally well for kids as he is very willing to do anything he is asked. Flynn loves to go on trail rides and venture out on the ranch with his human. He rides alone or in groups and stays quiet even if another horse acts up. His sweet personality will make him bond easily with his owner, and he will look for you when you come to his pasture. His gaits are comfortable and easy to sit to. Flynn has been ridden all over on trails, and nothing bothers this gelding. He has been exposed to everything you could imagine, including dogs, cars, tractors, ATVs, chainsaws, tarps, balls, umbrellas, balls, cattle, etc. We even play ball off of him with one of our dogs. He is a very kind, honest, and trusting gelding with a great disposition. Flynn loads and unloads in the trailer with ease and will stand tied all day like a gentleman. He also stands at the mounting block perfectly or when you mount from the ground. This gelding is easygoing and will do absolutely anything you ask of him.
