Flame is an approximately 11-year-old stunning black Percheron/Friesian Cross Mare standing 17.2 hands tall. Flame was used as a carriage Horse in the past, single and double, but we have not hitched her. We have used her as a Pleasure Horse, and we have trail-ridden her extensively. She is phenomenal on the Trail. She goes out alone or with others, leads, or follows. Flame will go through any tough terrain you put in front of her. Currently Barefoot with great Feet and Sure-footed on the Trail. She is safe and not spooky. Beautiful Walk, Trot, and Canter. She rides Western, English, and Bareback. She will make someone a nice Trail/Pleasure Horse. She is safe on the Road, around Traffic and ATVs. Flame will Walk on the long Rein all day until asked more of her.
She has a sweet personality and loves attention. Flame stands in cross-ties or single-tied while you love on her, brush her, tack her, bath her, etc… She is easy to load and has no issues being fly sprayed. Not marish and no Vices we came across. She is an easy keeper, can be stalled or kept on. Turn out, she gets along with Mares and Geldings in the Herd and has always been easy to catch.
