Elmer is a beautiful 14 year old well put together black Missouri Foxtrotter. He stands 15.2 and built like a quarter horse He has a long flowing mane and tail that touches the ground. This boy knows the trails well and has done anything asked of him. That is all we do is trail ride. He can take the hills up and down, rocks, fallen down trees, and likes the water. He has been ridden on gravel roads where there is mild traffic and does fine.
Elmer stands to mount and dismount, loads and unloads, loves his baths, doesn’t mind fly spray, great at picking up his feet and excellent for the farrier and vet. He is very gentle, experienced, easy to catch, loves people, has a nice smooth foxtrot, and broke, broke, broke.
If this is the type of horse that would fit your needs, you’d love him. This kind of horse is hard to find.
