Description:
Registered Friesian Blood Gelding. He was foaled on May 18th, 2021. Dutch is a beautiful gelding with an amazing disposition. He has been handled and loved from day one. We started the groundwork with him when he was six months old. He is very easy to handle, with no vices, and plays well with others in the herd. He is road safe, trail safe water safe. He is 17.3 hands, and he has an excellent pedigree! The dam’s side traces back to World Champion Friesian stallion “Tieste 428” and contains Cam’s Fella on his dam’s standardbred lines, who was a World Champion harness stallion. The sire Dutch Creek Elvis is by World Champion Belgian stallion, “whispering wind cactus” that stands at 17.3 hands. Dutch is well-mannered and up-to-date with everything, including microchips. He stands excellent for veterinarian and farrier. He spent ten months in training off-property and five months at Looking Glass farms in Aiken, South Carolina, desensitizing, working, harnessed but not driven. He spent another five months at Sugaree Stables in NC, where he was trained for Western pleasure. He returned home this past June 2024 with continued training in English/ dressage flat work by our trained. He has never had any injuries. He has solid feet with no shoes on. This horse is so amazing and can go in any direction. Looking for his lifelong partner. The only reason I am selling is because I have retired. My husband and I decided we are going to spend our time traveling.
