Meet Jewels, a gorgeous, freshly turned 4-year-old, 15.1-hand blue roan Tennessee Walking Horse mare who truly is the complete package. Jewels has been under saddle with us since she was 2 years old and has received a real-world education, including extensive trail experience across Kentucky, overnight camping trips, and even a few fun shows. She has an excellent flat walk and a natural gait that is smooth as butter, along with a nice neck rein. She is much more WOAH than GO and is happy to quietly walk along, only getting forward when her rider asks.

Jewels absolutely loves water and will cross anything you point her toward without hesitation. She rides alone or in a group and will go wherever you ask, whether that means leading, following, or riding in the middle. She is traffic, dog, gunfire, bull whip, ATV, and large-equipment safe, making her an incredibly dependable & sure-footed trail partner to go whatever direction one chooses.

BUT.. what truly sets Jewels apart is her MIND and her LOVE for children. She absolutely ADORES kids. If children are around, she will stand still as a statue and watch them as if she is babysitting them herself. She is patient, quiet, attentive, and genuinely enjoys being around little ones. She would make an incredible confidence-building horse for a child, a family, or someone just getting started. She is the ultimate babysitter. ❤️

Jewels also has outstanding ground manners. She is easy to catch, stands quietly to mount, stands for the farrier, loads and unloads from the trailer, and will even ground tie if you don’t want to tie her. She is simply easy and pleasant to have around.

Jewels is not registered, as neither of her parents are registered; a friend of ours raised Jewels & we have personally owned her older brother as well & he was the same natured type of horse who ended up going to UT. Jewels is currently up to date on her Coggins, health certificate, and veterinary exam, and delivery is also available.

Beautiful, naturally smooth-gaited, experienced, trustworthy, gentle, and incredibly willing — Jewels is the kind of young mare people spend years searching for. She truly is the dream.
