Meet Thor,
Thor is a super stocky 14.3hh 13-year-old MFT gelding that is registered in the PSHR. Thor is probably one of the most broke horses we have ever owned. We got Thor off an older gentleman who had him most of his life. He used Thor every day throughout the week on his farm and trail rode him almost every weekend. From penning and roping calves to checking the fence he was a very important part of the operation. Thor is extremely friendly and loves people. No rope or halter is needed he will follow you like a big dog. Thor is easy to clip, bathe, groom, and great for the farrier. Easy to saddle and bridle as well. Always stands perfectly to mount and rides off very quiet. Thor has had a lot of natural horsemanship training. He will give away from pressure with both his hindquarters and shoulders. Flexes both ways. He is very soft and supple little pressure is needed to make him turn or back. Thor will ride with or without a bridle. He rides off your legs a lot. He can stop, turn, and back with just your leg pressure. He also neck-reins the very best. Like I said earlier everything is just so soft and easy. He also side passes both directions with ease. Thor is extremely smooth in all his gaits. He seriously is like a Cadillac with all the pushbuttons and the comfort ride because you will not move on him. He also has a great canter and can pick up both leads. Thor is great on the trail he can go up, over, or through anything. He will cross all types of water, fallen trees, and slippery rocks.
