Meet Boujee!

Boujee is a beautiful, stout 4-year-old gelding that stands at 14hh with looks to kill!

Boujee was born and raised in Elkhart Texas. While there he was professionally trained for 120 days then went to a complete 60 solid days in working cow-horse foundation training. The only reason we got lucky enough to own Boujee is that a young man decided he wanted to strictly show AQHA horses and he couldn’t get Boujee papers.

Not only does Boujee have the training from his time in Texas, but he’s extended his knowledge since he’s been with us. In the 5 months we’ve had Boujee he’s been used daily to check cows and fences. He’s been trail ridden by everyone in our family including our children! He’s our go-to horse for sorting and cutting cattle. We have used Boujee to transfer horses from several different fields. Boujee has a one-hand handle, rides off leg pressure and has a HUGE slide and stop! He has an awesome rollback, walks on a loose rein, and is soft and supple. Boujee has a nice short lope and will move out when asked. He is always easy to catch in the field and does not get cold back!  He will stand for the farrier, stands to bathe and clip with ease. Boujee has outstanding ground manners and will flex with you on or off his back. He will stand to tack and not moved until asked! We have ridden Boujee in the roughest terrain, by highways, crossed more logs and water than we could count and he’s tackled every obstacle with ease with both us and our children on his back.  Boujee aims to please and is so easy going. He would make an awesome 4-H horse, working horse, or just a family trail horse. He loves attention and loves to ride! Don’t let this amazing horse getaway!!
